Title Research has recently been reaccredited with IS09001 status by the British Standards Institution (BSI).
The universally recognised standard is a reflection of our quality management systems and highlights Title Research as a provider of services that are ‘safe, reliable and of good quality’ according to the BSI.
The strenuous accreditation process was completed after several days of assessments and interviews with BSI staff at our offices in Bath, with the final report stating: “The company objectives are concentrated on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Recent results demonstrate that these are being achieved.”
Patrick Firebrace, Chief Financial Officer at Title Research, commented;
“Title Research is delighted to have been reaccredited with ISO9001 status as we pride ourselves on the efficiency of our business processes. Our internal systems are an integral part of how we can deal with customer enquiries in such a quick and efficient manner, whilst also ensuring that the complex work we undertake is completed to the highest possible standards.”
